Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using nfonoconsultantservices.site (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Continued use after a new version is published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. The Service

The Service provides a workspace for advisors and clients to manage clients, financials, invoices, budgets and communications. Specific advisory engagements are governed by separate engagement letters.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access data that is not yours, reverse-engineer the platform, or upload unlawful content.

5. Confidentiality

We treat client information as confidential and protect it with appropriate technical and organisational measures.

6. Fees

Advisory fees and platform charges are set out in the applicable engagement letter or order form.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate access for material breach. We may suspend access where required to protect the Service or other users.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
